VOOYR curates and sells fragrances, drinkware, headwear, and pet care products from a variety of brands. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page, items are genuine, authentic products sourced through legitimate retail and wholesale channels. Brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced or shown on this Site are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with VOOYR.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, you will receive a full refund. Where a "Make an Offer" option is presented on a product, submitting an offer does not guarantee acceptance; VOOYR reviews offers at its discretion and only a confirmed order at an accepted price constitutes a binding sale.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our third-party payment providers (including Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay where offered). We do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping

Shipping timelines and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
