We're working on expanding to more destinations - check back or contact us if you'd like to be notified.</p><h3>Processing Time</h3><p>Orders are processed and dispatched from our California location within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.</p><h3>Shipping Rates and Delivery Times</h3><p>We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $5.00 USD on all U.S. orders. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.</p><h3>Order Tracking</h3><p>You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.</p><h3>Lost or Delayed Packages</h3><p>VOOYR is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs, but we're happy to help track down a missing package. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.</p><h3>Shipping Address Accuracy</h3><p>Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
